When your jewel arrives
We ship across India through insured, signature-required couriers. Every package is dispatched the same day for orders placed before 2 PM IST.
Designs from our existing collection ship within 24 hours and reach you within 3 to 5 working days across India. Metro cities typically receive in 2 to 3 days.
Pieces marked "Custom" or "Made to Order" are crafted on request. We will keep you updated at every stage - sketch approval, casting, setting, hallmarking, and dispatch.
Every shipment is insured. If your package is lost, damaged, or tampered with in transit, we replace or refund 100 percent - no questions, no claim forms. Just call us.
COD not available. Due to insurance requirements on jewelry shipments, we accept prepaid orders only. We support all major UPI apps, cards, net banking and EMI via Razorpay.
Change of heart? No problem.
We believe in the long game. If a piece does not feel right, send it back - within 30 days, for any reason.
Receive your piece, wear it once, gift it to a friend, sleep on it - you have a full 30 days from delivery to decide. Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.

Frequently asked
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is on our 2027 roadmap, starting with UAE, Singapore, USA, UK, Canada and Australia. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch in your country.
Will my package require a signature?
Yes. For your safety, all our shipments require signature on delivery and a valid government-issued photo ID match. This is insurance company policy and we cannot waive it. If you will not be home, please provide an alternate address (office, neighbour, family member).
What if I receive a damaged or wrong piece?
Please record a video while unboxing - this helps with insurance claims. Then contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@lakhdatariyan.com with the video and your order number. We will arrange free pickup and ship a replacement immediately, or issue a full refund - your choice.
How is the refund calculated?
For standard returns within 30 days: 100 percent of the amount you paid, refunded to your original payment method. Shipping fees you paid are also refunded if the return is due to our error.
For lifetime buy-back of gold (years later): 100 percent of gold value at current market rate + 85 percent of certified stone value, issued as store credit toward a new purchase.
Can I return a piece I bought as a gift?
Yes. The gift recipient can return the piece within 30 days of delivery, provided they have either the order number or the QR authenticity card that came with the box. The refund will go to the original buyer's payment method, or we can offer store credit to the recipient - their choice.
Do I need to keep the original box for returns?
Yes - please keep the original maroon Lakhdata Riyan box, velvet pouch, QR authenticity card, and any certificates (IGI/SGL). For lifetime buy-back specifically, the original certificate is mandatory. We recommend storing certificates separately from the piece itself in a safe place.
My package shows "delivered" but I did not receive it. What now?
Contact us within 24 hours at support@lakhdatariyan.com with your order number. Since all our shipments are signature-required and fully insured, we can trace the signature, file an insurance claim, and ship you a replacement at no cost while the investigation runs.
